Génépi is a bright green herbal liqueur traditionally made in the Alpine regions of Europe with an interesting distilling process.
It’s created by the Rule of 40:
“40 flowers
Soaked in 40% alcohol
With 40 grams of sugar
For 40 days ”
Each side of this symmetrical box shows both English and French with introductions to where you find the flower, the history of the drink and the contents of the box.
